RPL11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,718 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DFFA, RPA2, and PPP1R8. Each is linked with RPL11 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL11-to-partner and partner-to-RPL11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL11 versus DFFA in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL11→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
