Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 353 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL11-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU7-113P, RNA5SP412, and ZNF782. Each is linked with RPL11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL11-to-partner and partner-to-RPL11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU7-113P grouped by RPL11-low versus RPL11-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL11→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
