Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL11 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL11-associated genes across cancer lineages are p27, mTOR, and Notch1. Each is linked with RPL11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL11-to-partner and partner-to-RPL11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p27 grouped by RPL11-low versus RPL11-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL11→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
