Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPL11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,994 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL11-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS8, RPL10A, and RPL3. Each is linked with RPL11 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL11-to-partner and partner-to-RPL11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL11 versus RPS8 in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL11→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
