RPL10P13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL10P13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,746 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL10P13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TNS2_S102, AHCYL1, and DDAH1. Each is linked with RPL10P13 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL10P13-to-partner and partner-to-RPL10P13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL10P13 versus TNS2_S102 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL10P13→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL10P13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
