RPL10A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL10A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,039 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL10A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARFGEF2, NOP16, and NOP56. Each is linked with RPL10A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL10A-to-partner and partner-to-RPL10A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL10A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL10A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
