Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL10A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,235 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL10A-associated genes across cancer lineages are EMCN, FHL5, and CNRIP1. Each is linked with RPL10A in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL10A-to-partner and partner-to-RPL10A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL10A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL10A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
