Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL10A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL10A-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, ERK2, and Ku80. Each is linked with RPL10A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL10A-to-partner and partner-to-RPL10A results are reported.
