Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,211 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL10-associated genes across cancer lineages are FHL5, CLEC14A, and ADH1B. Each is linked with RPL10 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL10-to-partner and partner-to-RPL10 results are reported.
