Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPL10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,909 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Proton-transporting V-type ATPase complex assembly, snRNA pseudouridine synthesis, and Actomyosin contractile ring organization. Each is linked with RPL10 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL10-to-partner and partner-to-RPL10 results are reported.
