RPIA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPIA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,028 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPIA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KDM1A, MPHOSPH10, and RNF20. Each is linked with RPIA in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPIA-to-partner and partner-to-RPIA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPIA versus KDM1A in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPIA→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPIA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
