Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPIA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,290 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPIA-associated genes across cancer lineages are HBA2, HBA1, and HBB. Each is linked with RPIA in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPIA-to-partner and partner-to-RPIA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPIA versus HBA2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPIA→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPIA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
