Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPIA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,462 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPIA-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4672, LINC01899, and AGKP1. Each is linked with RPIA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPIA-to-partner and partner-to-RPIA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4672 grouped by RPIA-low versus RPIA-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPIA→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPIA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
