Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPIA mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPIA-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, FoxM1, and Smad3. Each is linked with RPIA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPIA-to-partner and partner-to-RPIA results are reported.
