RPGRIP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPGRIP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,835 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPGRIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM23, SMG8, and C17orf58. Each is linked with RPGRIP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPGRIP1-to-partner and partner-to-RPGRIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPGRIP1 versus TRIM23 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPGRIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPGRIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
