RPGRIP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPGRIP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,604 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPGRIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PARP2, ITGB1BP1, and EMC3. Each is linked with RPGRIP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPGRIP1-to-partner and partner-to-RPGRIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PARP2 grouped by RPGRIP1-low versus RPGRIP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPGRIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPGRIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
