Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPF2P1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPF2P1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher RPF2P1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPF2P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and CESC show a favorable association.

KIRC, UCS, and MESO are the cancer types where RPF2P1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
