Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPF2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RPF2 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher RPF2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPF2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD are the cancer types where RPF2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
