Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPF2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,216 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RRS1, UBE2C, and SLC52A2. Each is linked with RPF2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPF2-to-partner and partner-to-RPF2 results are reported.
