RPF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,324 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GTF2B, PKN2, and MIER1. Each is linked with RPF1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPF1-to-partner and partner-to-RPF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPF1 versus GTF2B in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
