Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPF1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 23 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are p27_pT198, A-Raf_pS299, and FOXO3a_pS318_S321. Each is linked with RPF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPF1-to-partner and partner-to-RPF1 results are reported.
