Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,522 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPF1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of centriole replication, DNA replication initiation, and Protein localization to chromosome, centromeric region. Each is linked with RPF1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPF1-to-partner and partner-to-RPF1 results are reported.
