RPEL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPEL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,907 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPEL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CNOT3_S299, PLCL2, and RASA3. Each is linked with RPEL1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPEL1-to-partner and partner-to-RPEL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPEL1 versus CNOT3_S299 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPEL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPEL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
