Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPEL1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPEL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP4B, eEF2, and eIF4E. Each is linked with RPEL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPEL1-to-partner and partner-to-RPEL1 results are reported.
