RPE

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPE RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,125 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPE-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NCL, ZFR, and MCM3. Each is linked with RPE in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPE-to-partner and partner-to-RPE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPE→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
