Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPE protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,026 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPE-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDK12, SLC35G1, and KIF11. Each is linked with RPE in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPE-to-partner and partner-to-RPE results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPE→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
