RPE

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPE mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,391 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPE-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6803, PGAP2, and ZNF215. Each is linked with RPE in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPE-to-partner and partner-to-RPE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPE→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
