RPAP2P1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPAP2P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,359 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPAP2P1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SIK3-IT1, NKTR, and HMGB1P51. Each is linked with RPAP2P1 in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPAP2P1-to-partner and partner-to-RPAP2P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPAP2P1 versus SIK3-IT1 in LAML, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPAP2P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPAP2P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
