Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPAP2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RPAP2 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher RPAP2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPAP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BRCA, SKCM, and LIHC are the cancer types where RPAP2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
