Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPAP2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 23 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, ACC1, and JNK2. Each is linked with RPAP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPAP2-to-partner and partner-to-RPAP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by RPAP2-low versus RPAP2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
