RPAP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,837 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are JOSD1, AAGAB, and MICU1. Each is linked with RPAP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPAP1-to-partner and partner-to-RPAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JOSD1 grouped by RPAP1-low versus RPAP1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
