Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPAIN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 700 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPAIN-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP411, RNA5SP509, and RNA5SP422. Each is linked with RPAIN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPAIN-to-partner and partner-to-RPAIN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP411 grouped by RPAIN-low versus RPAIN-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPAIN→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPAIN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
