Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPAIN mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPAIN-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSK-3a-b_pS21_S9, MSH2, and Rab25. Each is linked with RPAIN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPAIN-to-partner and partner-to-RPAIN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GSK-3a-b_pS21_S9 grouped by RPAIN-low versus RPAIN-high in UCEC.
