Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPAIN RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,102 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPAIN-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Adult walking behavior, rRNA methylation, and Skin development. Each is linked with RPAIN in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPAIN-to-partner and partner-to-RPAIN results are reported.
