Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPA3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RPA3 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher RPA3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPA3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA and LUSC are the cancer types where RPA3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
