Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPA3 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RPA3 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher RPA3 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPA3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and CCRCC show a favorable association.

UCEC, LUAD, and CCRCC are the cancer types where RPA3 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
