Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPA3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,106 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are BCL2A1, S100A8, and CXCL8. Each is linked with RPA3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPA3-to-partner and partner-to-RPA3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPA3 versus BCL2A1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
