Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPA3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,699 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAJC3, TM9SF2, and STK24. Each is linked with RPA3 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPA3-to-partner and partner-to-RPA3 results are reported.
