Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPA3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,231 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPA3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of translational initiation in response to stress, Positive regulation of translation in response to endoplasmic reticulum stress, and Positive regulation of translation in response to stress. Each is linked with RPA3 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPA3-to-partner and partner-to-RPA3 results are reported.
