Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPA2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RPA2 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher RPA2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPA2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM, LIHC, and UCEC are the cancer types where RPA2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
