RPA2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,670 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAJC8, TRNAU1AP, and SNRNP40. Each is linked with RPA2 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPA2-to-partner and partner-to-RPA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPA2 versus DNAJC8 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.91.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
