Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,597 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPA2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPA1, RPA3, and DNAJC8. Each is linked with RPA2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPA2-to-partner and partner-to-RPA2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPA2 versus RPA1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
