Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPA2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,685 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SRSF10, GPN2, and ITGB3BP. Each is linked with RPA2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPA2-to-partner and partner-to-RPA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPA2 versus SRSF10 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
