RPA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 595 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DCP1A, TAF9, and INO80B-WBP1. Each is linked with RPA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPA2-to-partner and partner-to-RPA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DCP1A grouped by RPA2-low versus RPA2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
