Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPA2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, JNK_pT183_Y185, and JNK2. Each is linked with RPA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPA2-to-partner and partner-to-RPA2 results are reported.
