Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,092 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPA2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Spindle elongation, Negative regulation of mitotic metaphase/anaphase transition, and Mitotic spindle midzone assembly. Each is linked with RPA2 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPA2-to-partner and partner-to-RPA2 results are reported.
