Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,357 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MARK2P11, FMO4, and RNU6-147P. Each is linked with RPA1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPA1-to-partner and partner-to-RPA1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MARK2P11 grouped by RPA1-low versus RPA1-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
