Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPA1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, RAD51, and Bad_pS112. Each is linked with RPA1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPA1-to-partner and partner-to-RPA1 results are reported.
