Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,043 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPA1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitotic sister chromatid segregation, Chromosome segregation, and Sister chromatid segregation. Each is linked with RPA1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPA1-to-partner and partner-to-RPA1 results are reported.
