Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPA1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,958 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLF5, LGR4, and GRTP1. Each is linked with RPA1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPA1-to-partner and partner-to-RPA1 results are reported.
